Even youngsters can discover the thrill of driving,

 Here, young people from 12 to 17 years old can get behind a steering wheel for the first time in safe,

 controlled conditions with an ADI instructor who will teach them the rudiments of driving.

 This experience is all about helping young learners to make the most of that crucial first drive – to learn more,

to experience more and to have much more fun, too.
 

Experience format

· Demonstration by instructor

· De-brief and certificate presentation
· Approximately 3.5 hours duration

Operation: Courses run on selected Saturdays (usually twice monthly) and some Fridays and Mondays throughout the race season March to November. The number of people on each session will vary and there will be a maximum of three participants in the car, each taking it in turn to drive.

Circuit Description: Extensive range of tarmac perimeter roads within the circuit.

Spectators: Welcome, the circuit boasts excellent viewing facilities, including the chance to join participants in the pits area. There are also good hospitality/toilet facilities. Refreshments are available for purchase in the hospitality area. There is usually a range of pay on the day activities including high-speed passenger rides in a two-seater racing car and kids' karting, subject to availability.

Requirements Minimum age is 12, maximum age 17. Minimum height is 4'10", maximum height 6'3". There is a maximum weight of 16 stone. Participants should wear flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing
